When women become wives and moms, it is not uncommon for their lives to have a lot of commotion. My great passion is bringing balance to women who are trying to manage their many roles. I help my clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful and complete.
I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so I have been trained in a range of modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy as well as using a Strengths Based Perspective.
My educational background includes an MA in Social Work from the University of Southern California. I am a Kansas BSRB approved LMSW to meet mental health needs.
